Non-Refundable Items

Customized QR tags are non-refundable once engraved or printed, and digital content cannot be refunded.

Return / Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in these situations:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received the incorrect product.
• Your order failed to arrive, confirmed with the courier.

Request Process

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at care@bark.lk, including your order ID, photographs (where applicable), and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2–3 working days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
