Bark.lk provides a Pet QR system, including NFC-enabled physical tags designed to assist in locating and reuniting lost pets. We also sell pet-related products through our online store.
2. Account Registration
Users must register with accurate personal information, including email, phone number, postal address, an optional WhatsApp number, and pet details. Multiple pets can be registered under one account.
3. Payments and Fees
Physical tag and product purchases involve a one-time fee, processed securely. Refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy exclusively.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Local courier services handle shipping, with estimated delivery within 2-4 business days for regular products and 2-7 business days for customized products across Sri Lanka, subject to courier availability.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. User Obligations and Restrictions
Users must not misuse our services, provide false information, attempt to access other accounts, or engage in illegal activities.
7. Warranty and Liability
Our customized tags and collars are covered by our Warranty Policy against manufacturing defects. Tag effectiveness in reuniting a lost pet depends in part on the cooperation of the person who finds it — we cannot guarantee outcomes, only that the technology functions as intended.
8. Cancellation and Termination
You may request account cancellation via email or phone. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Please contact us directly for assistance with any dispute — we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
