Shipping Policy
Bark.lk delivers to every district in Sri Lanka by courier.
Delivery fee
Delivery is charged by the total weight of your order: Rs. 400 for the first kilogram, plus Rs. 100 for each additional kilogram. Weight is rounded up to the next whole kilogram. The exact delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- A 1kg order: Rs. 400
- A 3kg bag of dog food: Rs. 600
- A 10kg bag: Rs. 1,300
Delivery time
- In-stock products: usually 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Custom collars and engraved or printed tags are made to order: usually 2–7 business days.
- Remote areas, public holidays and bad weather can add a day or two.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you straight away to offer an alternative or a refund.
Receiving your parcel
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — on WhatsApp (+94 71 3454 296) or at [email protected] — with your order ID and a photo. See our return & refund policy.
